Our lead feature takes a look at what Microsoft is doing to help repair the damage caused by the launch of Tay, a chatbot so ill-suited to its purpose that it would serve as a warning for anyone developing AI for public consumption. We also highlight how technology has influenced management styles in recent years, and how overbearing cyber security training has the potential to turn employees against a business.<\/p>\n
