For example, if Einstein predicts that employees are feeling dissatisfied in the workplace, these predictions can be absorbed into a business&#8217;s talent management platform to help advise a future retention strategy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe promise of AI is no longer reserved for data scientists.
