OrcsWeb will continue to operate as a wholly owned SherWeb subsidiary. Other terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.<br \/>\nOrcsWeb represents SherWeb\u2019s third acquisition in as many years and its first in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) \u2013 a segment in which SherWeb has recently made significant inroads.
